Below is a complete registration package. The documents starting with "Info" are for informational purposes only (no need to print)

 

Student Registration Package

must include the following documentation

 

1.      Official Birth Certificate or Passport

2.      Immunization Records

3.      Proof of Residency (please check below which proof provided )

·         Utility Bills (2)

·         Lease or Rental Agreement

·         Purchase and Sales Agreement

·         Residency Affidavit (if applicable)

 

Kindergarten registration package must be returned to the appropriate school between the hours of 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

All other new student enrollment registration packages must be returned to the Administration Office between the hours 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
